Miller Creek Complex

{{#Badges: CoalSwarm}}The Mill Creek Complex is an underground and surface coal mining operation in eastern Kentucky owned by CONSOL Energy.[1] On October 23, 2007, CONSOL's subsidiary CONSOL of Kentucky Inc. entered into a non-binding letter of intent to sell certain assets, including surface facilities and reserves, of the company's Mill Creek operations to NR Energy.[2][3]
