Ted Sanders (aka 'Ed Sanders') joined Philip Morris in 1973. He was appointed Director of Scientific Affairs, EU, CEMA and EE in September, 1999. (Bates No. 2074113562). Edward B. Sanders, Ph.D. was the Director of Chemical Research Division for Philip Morris, Inc.(N.M. Tobacco Companies Personnel List) Also goes by name of Ted Sanders.
