Adipala power station (also referred to as Bunton power station) is a 660-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power station in Central Java Province, Indonesia.

Location

The map below shows the location of the project, in Bunton Village, Adipala District, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province. The plant is located about 3km east of the Cilacap Sumber power station.

Background on Plant

PLN recently built a single-unit coal-fired power plant with capacity of 660 MW in Central Java Province. The construction contractor on the project was China National Technical Import and Export Corporation (CNTIC). The pile foundations were completed in December 2012. The plant went online in March 2015.
