The U.S. Chamber of Commerce helped found Americans for Humanitarian Trade with Cuba in 1998 "with backing from David Rockefeller, chairman of his family trust, and Dwayne Andreas, head of food giant Archer Daniels Midland. Andreas is also a top member of the U.S.-Cuba Trade and Economic Council, a New York group that monitors business and investment opportunities on the island." [1]
