"Directorships: AVI Limited, Interwaste Holdings Ltd, Aquarius Platinum (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd, Chuma Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Imara S P Reid(Pty) Ltd, Sentula Mining Limited, Zingwenya Investments (Pty) Ltd Andy holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School, a Masters Degree in Education and Masters in Art from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Transkei. She is currently the Chairman of Interwaste Holdings and of Chuma Holdings, Vice-Chairman of the Jewellery Council of South Africa and serves on the boards of Aquarius Platinum SA, Sentula Mining and Imara Capital SA. Andy previously held senior positions in strategy and finance in the USA, UK and South Africa. She has worked in several fields including services, mining and banking. Andy was appointed to the AVI Board on 15 July 2010 and serves as a member of the remuneration committee."[1]
