Andy has been Chief Executive of TACT (The Adolescent and Children’s Trust) since September 2014. TACT is the UK’s largest dedicated fostering and adoption charity. Andy is a social worker and former foster carer. He is the co-author with Martin Barrow of the book “Welcome to Fostering” and is Chair of the Fairer Fostering Partnership, an umbrella organisation of not for profit fostering agencies. [1]
