Anhui Huainan Panji Waste Coal power station (淮南矿业潘集煤矸石电厂) is a proposed 700-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Anhui Province, China.

It is a different proposal from the Anhui Huainan Panji power station.

Background on Plant

Anhui Huainan Panji Waste Coal power station is a proposed 2 x 350 MW coal plant, sponsored by Huainan Mining Group. Some news sources refer to the project as the second phase of the Pansan power station in Anhui.

Anhui Huainan Panji Waste Coal power station is not listed in the Anhui province's 13th 5-year energy plan, released in May 2017.

As of December 2019 there have been no developments on the project, and it appears to be shelved.
