Baise City power station (百色火电厂,百色东笋发电厂) is a retired 62-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.

Background on Plant
Baise City power station was founded in 1962, and retired in 2007-2008. It was a 1*12+1*50MW power plant, supplying electricity to the city of Baise.[1] It was owned by Baise Power Co.[2]
Expansion Plan
The Baise Power Company was planning to develop 2*150MW units at this plant in 2004.[3] The plan was later abandoned. [4] The reason was unclear.
