Bakken Oil Pipeline (USA), also known as Line 26 or the Portal Reversal Expansion Project (PREP), is an oil pipeline in the USA and Canada.

Background
The pipeline had originally transported Canadian oil south to the US. In 2011 Enbridge reversed the pipeline to transport Bakken crude from Berthold, North Dakota to its Steelman terminal in Steelman, Saskatchewan, where it links up with the Bakken Oil Pipeline (Canada) to Cromer, Manitoba, the site of Enbridge’s mainline system.[1][2]
