Black Mesa Indigenous Support (BMIS) is a citizens group that works to support the sovereignty of indigenous people in the Black Mesa Arizona region. BMIS opposes the forced relocation of indigenous people in Black Mesa, and are opposed to the expansion and extension of Peabody Western Coal's Black Mesa strip mine.
