Blénod power station was a 1,000-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power station in Meurthe-et-Moselle, France.

Background

The power station originally consisted of four 250 MW units, fueled by coal and oil and commissioned in 1963 to 1969. Unit 1 was retired in 2000.[1][2]

Unit 2 was retired in 2013, and units 3-4 in 2014.[3]
