The Bristlecone Alliance is a group of several dozen residents of White Pine County, Nevada, who are highly concerned that the White Pine Energy Station and the Ely Energy Center will fundamentally change their way of life. Their chief concerns are with the level of emissions these plants will put out and the extreme amount of water they will have to use.
