Background

This 1000 MW project appears to have been abandoned. The sole evidence for its existence is its inclusion on list of pending applications for coal linkage published by the Ministry of Coal in 2011. As of early 2014 the company had not applied for a permit with the Ministry of Environment and Forests, and the project was not listed on the company's website.[1] It is not listed on the website of sponsor Indu Projects.
