- Paul Cannings (Chair) – director of YFM Equity Partners.
- Nadine Majaro – Since 2003 trustee in the voluntary sector, following 25 years with *Price Waterhouse Cooper, latterly as partner.
- Victoria Hornby – Senior Executive with the Sainsbury Family Trust.
- Susan Elizabeth – Since 2006 an independent consultant and facilitator, following 25 years in the not-for-profit sector.
- Kevin Williams – CEO of KIDS. [1]
