Carlos Murillo-Rodriguez "Chairman of the Inter-University Consortium for Sustainable Development, Carlos Murillo-Rodriguez is also a Professor and Research Director of the International Centre of Economic Policy for Sustainable Development at the Universidad Nacional in Costa Rica.
