Challenge Partners
"Challenge Partners is a collaborative group of schools focused on school improvement. The Partnership was founded by schools that wanted to retain their individuality yet realised they were stronger together. We recognise that although there is much that is good about our schools, we are all on a journey and there is more we can all learn. This requires a moral commitment to sharing and learning and collaboration is at the very heart of Challenge Partners.
"Challenge Partners began in April 2011 and has quickly grown to in excess of 180 schools (the Partners). Our practice derives from, and builds upon, research and best practice to emerge from Ofsted, London Challenge and the National College; and our decision making structures draw on those embraced by groups such as the John Lewis Partnership. The organisation is built around a network of hubs, complemented by centrally run activities. Provision is made for schools seeking to improve and all schools are encouraged to innovate and share their learning.
"Despite its London roots, the Partnership has drawn schools from across the country including Devon, Leicester, Manchester and Yorkshire... " [1]
