Biographical Information
"Mr. Charles E. Ramey, Chuck has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Dataworks Inc., since December 2001 and has been its President since December 30, 2011. Mr. Ramey co-founded PaymentNet Inc., (now Signio Inc.) and served as its President from April 1996 to December 1998. He served as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Multidata Corporation. Prior to Multidata, he served as Vice President of Marketing at Dataquest Inc. He has been a Director of US Dataworks Inc., since July 2001. Mr. Ramey graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics." [1]
