Chengde Waste Coal power station is a proposed 700 MW waste coal power station fueled, planned for the Yingshouyingzi Mining area. It is planned for operation in 2016, at an estimated cost of 3.2 billion yuan.[1][2]
With no developments since January 2015, the project appears to be cancelled.
