Background on Project

Chengde Waste Coal power station is a proposed 700 MW waste coal power station fueled, planned for the Yingshouyingzi Mining area. It is planned for operation in 2016, at an estimated cost of 3.2 billion yuan.

With no developments since January 2015, the project appears to be cancelled.
