Christian Watrin is a professor emeritus at the University of Cologne. From 1971 to 1995 he was the director of the Institute for Economic Policy at the University of Cologne. The Institute is a stronghold of neoliberal economics. Christian Watrin has strong ties to neoliberal think tanks and foundations.
