Clifford G. Gaddy is a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution with expertise on the Russian economy.
Gaddy is currently a Visiting Professor of Economics at Johns Hopkins University and he was previously an Adjunct Professor, Department of Economics and the Center for Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies (CERES) at Georgetown University, as well as a Research Associate with the Berkeley-Duke Project on the Second Economy of the USSR. Gaddy received his Ph.D. from Duke University in 1991 and B.A. from Wake Forest University in 1968.
