Biography
Clifford L. Fitzgerald, Jr. is a Managing Director of Meadowcroft Securities, Inc., a financial advisory and investment banking firm. He attended Dartmouth College and was awarded an MBA with distinction from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He joined Meadowcroft in 1991 after he retired from The First Boston Corporation. At First Boston, his clients included the Secretaries of Transportation, Commerce and Treasury, and the Attorney General of the United States in connection with the Special Valuation Case as well as leading companies such as the Union Pacific Railroad and Hughes Aircraft. He is an expert for the Plaintiff in The State of Texas vs. The American Tobacco Company, et al.
