The College of Tobacco Knowledge was a regular short course in lobbying and political public relations, couple with the basic history and biology of cigarettes and smoking, that was regularly run by the US Tobacco Institute to train staff and contractors in the basic necessities of good lobbying.
Between 1980 and 1988 the College was an annual affair run by Peter G. Sparber, the Vice President of Image Management and Public Relations at the Institute. Later it was run by Susan Stuntz
