Interests in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Comsar Energy Republika Srpska is a joint venture company announced in August 2012 between Comsar Energy (90%) with RiTE Ugljevik (10%), a subsidiary of Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske (ERS). The joint venture company has been formed to develop a coal mining project and to add two new 300 megawatt units to the existing 300 megawatt [[Ugljevik Thermal Power Plant.[2]
