The Cycling Group exists 'to promote the use of bicycles as a mode of transport and to raise the profile and status of cycling both inside and outside the House'

The group's administrator is employed by the UK Cycling Alliance (a consortium of manufacturers, trade associations and membership organisations) to organise meetings and events; answer letters and queries; and take notes at meetings.
