Dalia Dassa Kaye is a political scientist and a member of the research staff in the Center for Middle East Public Policy at the RAND Corporation. [1][2]
She was an assistant professor of political science and international affairs at the George Washington University and a Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) international affairs fellow at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.[3] [4]
