Dalton L. Oldham
Dalton L. (Dale) Oldham is an attorney with the Atlanta, Georgia-based Southeastern Legal Foundation [1][2] and a "Republican specialist in redistricting." [3]
In a 2000 post-presidential election conference bio for Dale Oldham, J.D., Oldham was identified as "Redistricting Counsel" for the Republican National Committee "for the 2000 redistricting cycle." [4]
Oldham was then described as "the former Counsel for the Congressionally appointed Members of the Census Monitoring Board and former Associate Counsel for the Republican National Committee during the 1990 redistricting cycle. He has been involved in numerous redistricting cases throughout the last decade including several cases which were ultimately decided by the Supreme Court."
Oldham is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. [5]
