Daniel Garcia Pena "is currently Professor of Political Science at the National University in Bogot, Colombia and director of Planeta Paz, a national project dedicated to building effective grass-roots participation in the peace process. He is a former public policy scholar at Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington D.C., a consultant to the Inter American Development Bank, and a scholar in residence at the School of International Service at American University. He also formerly served as advisor to the High Commissioner for Peace in Colombia. He has written extensive publications on war and peace issues, political analyst for TV news program on AMPM." [1]
