China Datang, Dongguan Dongtang Company, and Dongguan Dianhua Shiye are currently planning to build a coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 700 MW in Guangdong Province.[1][2][3][4]
The power plant was among the 15 projects cancelled by China's National Energy Administration (NEA) in September 2016.[5][6]
