Dave McCurdy, a member of the board of advisors of the New Democrat Network, is "a former Member of Congress, Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and member of the House Armed Services and Science and Space Committees. He was also co-founder and national chairman of the Democratic Leadership Council."
