David "Bull" Baker
Brigadier General (Retired) David "Bull" Baker is a Senior Vice President of the Stanford Washington Research Group, "which provides political, economic and industry research for institutional and corporate investors." Baker provides "analysis on several segments of the market." [1]
Baker was previously Managing Director of the Schwab Washington Research Group. [2]

According to his Grantham University Board of Advisors profile, Baker is "[one] of the world’s foremost experts on cutting-edge technology and aerospace issues. [Previously,] General Baker was a highly decorated combat veteran fighter pilot and the only Air Force Prisoner of War to be repatriated from Cambodia after the Vietnam conflict. General Baker most recently served on the Joint Chiefs of Staff as Deputy Director of Operations, National Systems Support. In addition, he flew over 20 combat missions in the F-15E during Operation Desert Storm.
"He was the principal liaison between the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Department of Defense, National Security Agency, National Imagery and Mapping Agency, Central Intelligence Agency and the Unified Commanders in Chief. General Baker, as Vice Director, J7 Joint Plans and Interoperability Division, the Joint Staff, was the Director of Military Education for all U.S. Services.
"General Baker served in various leadership positions throughout his career. During Desert Storm, he was the Commander of Operations at the largest fighter aircraft wing established in the U.S. Air Force. As Director, Operations, Plans and Programs for the Air National Guard, he was accountable for the operational readiness of over 117,000 personnel organized into 90 flying units with over 1500 aircraft. As Chief, International Programs, Egypt, he was directly responsible for managing all U.S. Air Force Security Assistance programs for the Government of Egypt valued at over $4 billion.
"General Baker’s educational background includes a BBA from Hofstra University and an MBA from the University of Hawaii (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a 1996 graduate of the Executive Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) Program and an alumnus of the College de la Defense Nationale (Canada), the Defense Institute for Security Assistance Management and the Air War College."
