David F. Marquardt

David F. Marquardt became a member of Seagate Technology "in November 2000. Mr. Marquardt is a founding general partner of August Capital, a venture capital firm formed in 1995, and has been a general partner of various Technology Venture Investors entities, which are private venture capital limited partnerships, since August 1980. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Microsoft Corporation and other private companies."
