David J. Lesar is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Halliburton Company. He served as President of the Company, 1997-2000 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, 1995-1997. Lesar joined the Halliburton Company Board in 2000. [1]
