David Ewan Marr (born 14 July 1947 in Sydney) is an Australian journalist, author, public intellectual and commentator. He has several areas of expertise including the law and a broad range of interests, including Australian politics, censorship, the media and the Arts. He currently writes for The Sydney Morning Herald and appears as a semi regular panelist on the ABC programs, Q&A and The Insiders. wiki
