Biographical Information

David Moore joined the Council of the University of Leicester "in 2009. The bulk of his professional career, 32 years, was with Citibank where he spent 28 years working internationally. He returned to the UK in 2008 as a Managing Director for Citi Private Bank’s Operations and Technology Division overseeing activities in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Asia before retiring at the end of 2011.

"David was a Public Member of Network Rail between 2008 and 2011. He is a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Milton Keynes NHS Foundation Trust and Chair of the Trust’s Finance and Investment Committee. He also acts as Independent Auditor for the Welton Townlands Trust.

"David holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Leicester as well as an MBA from the University of Liverpool."
