Following a successful early carreer in the Littlewoods organisation she joined the Sears Group as Customer Services Director for Sears Card. She became Managing Director of Creation Financial Services in 1994 where she was responsible for 550 staff and a turnover of £260 million. In 2001 she became European Director for Strategic Planning and Control, one of the largest retail financial services and customer relationship management companies in Europe. "
