Delaine McCullough
Delaine McCullough joined the International Budget Project "in June 2008 as the communications manager. She oversees the partnership's print and electronic communications and manages media relations. Before coming to the IBP McCullough was the director of marketing and communications for PDK International, an education association that works to strengthen K-12 education worldwide and cultivate future educators. Her other communciations experience includes managing the media relations for the 1999 Microcredit Summit Meeting of Councils in Abidjan and contributing to the media outreach efforts of various environmental and economic justice organizations. Her prior experience also includes four years as a policy analyst with the California Budget Project, where she worked on education finance and tax policy. McCullough holds an Master's of Public Affairs with a concentration in comparative international affairs from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs." [1]
