Background on Plant
Douhe power station was an eight-unit coal-fired power plant with a total capacity of 1,550 MW. The plant was completed between 1976 and 1987, and is owned by Datang. Units 1-2, totaling 250 MW (125 MW each), were retired in 2008.[1][2]
