Dr. Arthur Waldron is the University of Pennsylvania's Lauder Professor of International Relations, as well as vice president of the International Assessment and Strategy Center. He has ties to numerous other think tanks, including the Center for Security Policy, the Project for the New American Century, the Jamestown Foundation, and the Foreign Policy Research Institute. [1]
