Background on Project
Guangxi Jinmeng Manganese Co. is a captive coal-fired power station of two 150 MW units for Dushan County, to support steel-manganese production.[1][2][3]
The project received a permit for construction from the Guizhou DRC on December 31, 2014.[4] Planet satellite images show construction progress from July 2017 to March 2018.
