eNR Services Inc. is a Connecticut, U.S based company formed in 1997 that "designs PR technologies and programs that increase the effectiveness of public relations professionals." [1]

In 2005, eNR released Media/QTM which it describes as a "powerful media pitching and research tool uniquely integrates media contacts and content."

eNR has foreshadowed that, based on the Media/QTM technology, it is currently developing new PR systems focussed on "media research, media measurement and analysis, and its new Grassroots PR Online interface."
