Coal Mine Background
In November 2011, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has ratified the construction of Eastern Yiminhe No.1 Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia with a total production of 5Mt/year.[1]
The construction of the Eastern Yiminhe No.1 Coal Minebegan on December 16th 2008. By the end of 2013, it entered into the phase of trail operation.[2]
