Elaine Marshall is the widow of E. Pierce Marshall. Her husband was the son of the late J. Howard Marshall, who formerly served on the board of Koch Industries and had worked with Pierce to avert a takeover of of the company. Elaine was acknowledged at the Koch seminar in June 2011 in Vail, Colorado for donating at least $1 million to Koch-related causes. [1]
