Electoral Reform Society
The Electoral Reform Society (ERS) is a London-based pressure group that advocates the adoption of the Single Transferable Voting (STV) system to 'develop democracy in Britain and abroad'. The Electoral Reform Society is a membership-based organisation whose income is derived from its membership fees and two independent profit making organisations, known as Electoral Reform Services (previously known as Electoral Reform Ballot Services) and Electoral Reform International Services (ERIS).
ERIS is one of the Reconstruction of Iraq contractors, the role of the company is related to the administration of elections.
The ERS also assisted in the creation of the electoral reform pressure group, Make Votes Count.
