"E.L.F. is the leading organisation providing free legal advice to local communities with environmental concerns. For almost two decades it has pioneered the provision of free advice to vulnerable communities facing a range of environmental threats including adverse impacts of pollution and loss of green space and biodiversity.
"Since 1992 we have responded to more than 11,000 enquiries from the public, and helped more than 2, 500 individuals obtain free expert help."[1] Winner of the 1994 Schumacher Society Award.
