Foundation for African Media Excellence (FAME) is a Johannesburg-based "non-profit media foundation established with the overriding goal of promoting media excellence in Africa in the belief that a strong and professional media sector makes a positive contribution to democracy and good governance." [1] It was founded by Jerelyn Eddings, Doyinsola Abiola and Edward Boateng.
