Francis Charhon "is a founding member of Médecins Sans Frontières ("Doctors Without Borders"). Trained as an anaesthetist, he was successively President and Managing Director of Médecins Sans Frontières from 1980 to 1991. He was appointed Director General of the Fondation de France in 1992." [1]
