Frank A. Darknell (1927-1999)
"Frank A. Darknell emeritus professor of sociology at California State University-Sacramento, died at his home on December 29, 1999, at the age of 72. Born in Calgary, Frank attended the University of British Columbia and received his PhD in sociology from the University of California at Berkeley. He was a member of the sociology faculty at Sacramento from 1968-1992." [1]
His PhD dissertation was: Democracy and Parapolitics: The Case of Mulitant Suffragists in Britain 1905-1914
