Frank C. Lanza

"As Chairman and CEO, Mr. Lanza is also a member of the Board of Directors for L-3 Communications. Prior to the formation of L-3 Communications in 1997, Mr. Lanza served as executive vice president of Lockheed Martin and president and chief operating officer of Lockheed Martin's C3I and Systems Integration Sector. He was also part of its executive council and board of directors. Earlier, Mr. Lanza was president and chief operating officer of Loral Corporation, which he joined in 1972." [1]
