Frank Nelson

Biography

"Frank joined the Board in late 2013 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He was previously finance director of Galliford Try plc, the FTSE250 housebuilding and construction group, for 25 years before retiring last year. In the last 12 months he was Interim CFO of Lamprell, the Dubai based offshore construction company, where he helped complete a complex refinancing and turnaround before his recent return to the UK."
