Fred Bosselman "is Professor of Law Emeritus at Chicago-Kent College of Law, specializing in conservation, energy, and environmental law. His latest article is "What Lawmakers Can Learn from Large-Scale Ecology." He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners and a member of the Florida and Illinois bars. He formerly served on the Boards of the American Society of Planning Officials and the National Audubon Society, and as President of the American Planning Association. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Santa Lucia Conservancy. His law degree is from Harvard and his undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado." [1]
